The company A.P.I. S.r.l. (hereinafter referred to as “A.P.I. S.r.l.”), expresses its commitment and attention to the treatment of the personal data of users of the api-pneumatic.com website (hereinafter the “Site”), through the adoption of a policy of Confidentiality of personal data in compliance with the current Personal Data Protection Code (hereinafter the “Privacy Code”) contained in the Italian Legislative Decree 30th of June 2003, no. 196.
This page describes how to treat the personal data of users who consult the Site, through a specific information that is made, pursuant to article n. 13 of the Privacy Code to anyone interacting with the web services provided by A.P.I. Type of data processed and purpose of treatment

LNavigation on the Site is free and does not require any user registration, except where the collection of personal data is necessary for the attainment of certain purposes such as, for example, requesting commercial information about the Services of A.P.I. S.r.l., allow to participate in a forum, send a curriculum vitae or send e-mails to the addresses indicated on the Site.

Data resulting from user navigation

Location and mode of data processing

S.r.l. and are handled by dedicated technical personnel for the processing of data, using automated or manual tools, for the strictly necessary time for the purposes for which the data was collected. User rights

According to article 7 of the Italian Privacy Code the user has the right to obtain: 1) confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form; 2) the indication: a) of the origin of the personal data; b) the purposes and methods of processing; c) the logic applied when processing by means of electronic instruments; d) the identification details of the holder, of the persons responsible and of the designated representative within the meaning of Article 5, subsection 2, of the same code; e) the subjects or categories of persons to whom personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them as designated representatives in the territory of the State, of persons in charge or in charge; 3) a) updating, rectification or, where relevant, integration of the data; b) cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that are not necessary for storage in relation to the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed; c) the attestation that the transactions referred to in points (a) and (b) have been made known, including their content, to those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except where such fulfillment is reveals it impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right; 4) The person concerned has the right to object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of the personal data concerning him, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection; b) the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for the purpose of market research or commercial communication.
